Customizing Rudraksha mala can be complex or simple. The key is to find the right person and clearly state your requirements. I usually confirm several details with the customer first and then start selecting the seeds and stringing them. The whole process generally takes five to seven days.

The first step is always to discuss the requirements. Wrist size, texture, budget, skin color, and shape of the seeds, none of them can be left out. The more specific you are, the more suitable the seeds selected will be for you. If you can't explain clearly, I'll also give suggestions to help you determine the direction.
The second step is to select the seeds. According to the requirements, select seeds from a batch of raw seeds that are close in size, shape, texture, and skin color. This step takes the most time, usually three to five days. When selecting the seeds, I'll take photos and show them to the customer. After confirmation, we'll proceed to the next step.
Once the seeds are selected, it's time for drilling holes, stringing, adjusting the tightness, adding accessories, and finally checking. If everything is okay, it will be shipped. Before shipping, I'll take photos and videos of the finished product for you to confirm. After you're satisfied, it will be sent out.

There are several things to note when customizing. First, measure your wrist size accurately. Use a soft tape measure to go around the thickest part of your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Second, clearly state your budget in advance. The quality of seeds at different price levels varies greatly. By stating your budget clearly, I can help you recommend something suitable.
Third, be clear about your texture preference. Honeycomb, Double Dragon, Plum Blossom, and Coiled Dragon each have their own characteristics. Clearly state which style you like. Fourth, if you need accessories, mention it in advance. Spacers, Buddha heads, and back clouds can all be paired. The effects of different accessories vary greatly.
Fifth, if the size is not suitable after customization, it can be adjusted for free once. So try it on after receiving it. If it's not suitable, contact me in time. Sixth, custom-made strings generally do not support returns or exchanges because they are customized according to personal needs. So think carefully before placing an order.
